• "Party", "Parties" – both the Client and Guidra.

2. Nature of Services

Guidra provides organizational consulting services using Vedic astrology (Jyotish) and Jungian psychology to analyze unconscious patterns in leadership and organizations. Our services are advisory and exploratory in nature. They are:

• Not predictions or guarantees of specific outcomes
• Not medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice
• Intended for strategic reflection and organizational insight

Pilot Program: During our pilot phase, we offer services at reduced rates or complimentary in exchange for detailed feedback and testimonials. Pilot clients agree to provide honest feedback about their experience and may be asked for permission to use anonymized insights in case studies.

3. Client Data & Confidentiality

To provide our services, we collect:

• Personal information: Name, email, company details
• Birth data: Date, time, and location of birth (required for astrological analysis)
• Organizational information: Details about your team, business challenges, and strategic questions

Confidentiality Commitment:

All client information, including birth charts, analysis, and consultation content, remains strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your explicit written consent.

Anonymized Use: With your permission, we may use anonymized insights from your engagement in case studies, teaching materials, or thought leadership content. Your identity and specific details will never be disclosed without consent.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Pilot Phase:

No refunds available. Services are provided at reduced/complimentary rates in exchange for feedback.

Paid Services:

• Payment required before service begins
• No refunds once analysis has been delivered (birth charts generated, consultation completed, insights provided)
• If unsatisfied before work begins (during intake phase only), contact us within 48 hours of payment for potential refund consideration
• Once we've invested time in your analysis, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable

Custom Engagements:

Refund terms outlined in your specific service agreement based on scope and deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, analysis frameworks, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Guidra (Are Laev & Sachin Sharma).

You may:

• View and print pages for personal use
• Reference insights from your personal consultation in your own decision-making

You may not:

• Republish, sell, or redistribute Guidra's materials without permission
• Use our methodologies commercially without licensing agreement
• Share your personal analysis publicly without permission
